You’ll hear from me within 24 hours – and if you're facing a legal emergency (e.g., dawn raid, arrest), I’ll respond immediately via my emergency number.
2. Scoping & Engagement
We'll define the scope over a call or email. For large or complex matters, I’m happy to prepare a written proposal. Pricing options include hourly rates, fixed fees, or retainers, depending on your needs.
You’ll receive a tailored engagement letter after our discovery call.
3. Kickoff
Once we start, I’ll guide you through a focused onboarding. For larger projects, we can hold a kickoff meeting to clarify deliverables, milestones, and key contacts. Together, we map the core legal priorities and establish a shared rhythm of communication.
4. Working Together
Most of our collaboration happens via email and phone. I keep it lean and responsive. Drafts, updates, and feedback loops are shared directly. I stay closely aligned with your internal leads and help remove legal blockers from your operational flow.
5. Delivery & Implementation
You’ll receive clear, actionable outputs – contracts, assessments, or guidance that’s built for real-world use. When needed, I support your internal rollout or training (e.g., for PMs or legal leads). Final delivery often includes a summary or debrief – and next-step options if follow-up is required.

If you need recurring support, I offer retainers. We can check in regularly – or you can reach out when priorities shift or new questions arise. Whether you're scaling, fundraising, entering new markets, or tightening governance – I stay on board as needed.
